We built Smart Sound Cart so it can fit real train wagon doors, elevators and it is foldable so it can be packed to fit in the trunk of your car.
We all know how painful can be carrying massive trolley with all gear mounted on it. Here are the most important things to consider before you decide to buy a sound cart:
Smart Sound Cart provides MODULAR, two-piece set that allows you to detach Audio Box from Smart Sound Cart and carry it, with more comfort and half the weight. This is particularly important when there is no elevator and one has to carry the gear several floors by hand. Audio Box has two Protex handles so you can have a good grip while you carry your Audio Box.
Sound Smart Cart is built from plasticized aluminum profiles and stainless steel components with front wheels Ø 200mm wheels with pneumatic tires. Standard size for rear wheels is Ø 260mm. Front, Ø 200 mm wheels provide better mobility on rough terrains and easier and faster moving on the set and more absorption of vibrations that can be carried onto equipment on the location sound cart.
Our audio carts are built from Aluminum profiles which are welded so the frame is firm during moving around the set and rough terrains. Aluminum is chosen due to its lightweight and rust-free characteristics. Furthermore, rugged construction frame is plastic coated, so there are no rough edges and color marks from Aluminum which gives Smart Sound Cart a stylish look.
Audio Box provides safe splash-proof environment for your sound equipment. In case of rain, you will have enough time to place your umbrella in a place provided on Smart Sound Cart. Your sound equipment is always safe with us!
Smart Sound Cart has a place to hold boom poles, RX/TX mast, umbrella and hooks. This audio cart is equipped with 2 holders (for boom poles, antenna pole or umbrella) with 3 custom made adapters (Ø21mm, Ø26mm and Ø31mm). For placing optional clamp for fixing umbrella there is plate that is dedicated for installing mounting clamp (we recommend Nano clamp 386B by Manfrotto).

Audio Box (Flight Case) is built in a 19″ rack standard from Aluminum and waterproof plywood with Protex Stainless Steel locks and hinges. Also there is a shelf that can accommodate small or medium size keyboard. Optional keyboard shelf can be replaced with tablet holder.
